Week 7
I had a good week this week. I think I learned a lot about customer service and how everybody in a company should be able to think of ways to keep and help make customers want to buy products. That responsibility doesn’t just land on one person in particular. It takes a joint effort to make customers happy. I remember working at Walmart after I first got married and I was always told that the “customer is always right!” I think that can be a good way of looking at how customers should be treated. Without customers, you don’t really have a business! This week was a good reminder of that.
I am almost done with the required book that we are reading in class. It has given me a lot to think about. It has also made me think if I really want to open a business after this class is over. I know I could do it, but I am going to think on it some more.
This week for my $100.00 challenge I have been making the product. I finally got my ingredients from Amazon a couple days ago. I am excited to keep making more bath bombs. I have even found that my daughter wants to help, but I honestly think she is more excited to try the product. I told her that she would have to be a paying customer to try the product. I am working on marketing my Bath Bombs on social media to my friends and beyond.
